142 apartments, 1–3 bedrooms Portland, OR Las Adelitas is the largest redevelopment in the Cully Neighborhood to date and the largest public investment in Portland Oregon’s Cully community. The four-story, multifamily affordable housing development will create 142 homes, a community space, and a new outdoor plaza. Construction started in March 2021 and opened late 2022. |

Hacienda CDC and Community Development Partners are working together to build a new community-centered apartment complex design around a communal green space in a quaint residential neighborhood just minutes from Clackamas Community College in Oregon City. Construction started in Spring of 2022 and will be complete in Spring 2024. |
